This piece is a bit special as it was conceived quite in an opposite manner compared to what is done usually. For once, we wanted to see if physical interpretation could drive the music, and not the opposite. It therefore started as a physical improvisation by acclaimed choreographer Amadeo while he was listening to a beat. Then, Jean-Jacques Flety and Guillaume Erard studied the performance and wrote the music that they felt illustrated the movements of the artist.
Amadeo is a world famous choreographer who worked with many top projects and artists such as Hair, Serge Gainsbourg, Donnas Summer, William Sheller, France Gall amongst others. He also occupied the role of artistic director for the Crazy Horse cabaret in Paris.
Jean-Jacques Flety is a top studio and live musician who worked with artists such as John Wetton, Alain Gozzo, Véronique Sanson, Francis Lalanne, Gérard Manset and many more.
