Yokota Yoshiaki Shihan is one of the senior Shihan teaching at the Aikikai Hombu Dojo in Tokyo. He holds the rank of 7th Dan Aikikai. I was lucky enough on my first trip to Japan to be allowed to take some pictures during his class.
